These Terms of Service govern your engagement with the TurkMetricStructure metrics ecosystem. We provide the high-performance dashboard and analytics architecture; this document ensures consistent and fair usage for all participants.

At TurkMetricStructure, we treat our digital architecture as a shared resource. Accessing our Istanbul-based servers and metric calculation engines requires adherence to a protocol designed to protect data fidelity.

By using this site, you acknowledge that our analytics models are proprietary. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to view data processed through our infrastructure for your internal decision-making purposes.

Critical Requirement:

You must provide accurate information when accessing secure dashboard zones. Any attempt to obfuscate data entry points compromises the integrity of the collective metrics ecosystem.

  • No unauthorized stress testing of dashboard API.

Boundaries of Interaction.

We operate with precision. The following constraints ensure that TurkMetricStructure remains a stable, high-performance environment for all global users.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not distribute malware or exploit vulnerabilities. Any activity that disrupts the dashboard flow is strictly forbidden and subject to immediate suspension.

IP Ownership

The visual language, brand structure, and proprietary analytics scripts remain the exclusive property of TurkMetricStructure, Istanbul 77.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for absolute accuracy in our metrics, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes of business decisions based on our data.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: Courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Limitation of Damages

TurkMetricStructure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our dashboard services. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our analytics platform is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continuous use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance.
